A brand is consistency that runs all the way through. Break it at any point: the way staff show up, the way emails sound, how the wordmark scales on a phone, the choices made about colour. The same thinking should be there. Like a stick of rock. Whatever you bite into, the words are the same.
Most brands fall apart somewhere between the deck and the door. The strategy is sharp, then the website misses it. The identity is considered, then the customer call goes nowhere. We work on the half that needs the most attention, usually the online layer, because that's where most brands meet most of their audience now.
We take brand work seriously. We take the build seriously. The two are the same job. Brand thinking that doesn't ship is theory. Clean engineering without a brand under it is just a website.

Schema markup, semantic HTML, llms.txt, FAQ structure, entity coverage. The plumbing that lets Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews understand the page properly.
We treat this as part of the brand work, not a separate technical chore. A site that machines can read is a site that people find.
